All of our lampshades and pictures are made to order and are not held in stock.
We regret that orders for made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged. Should your lampshade or picture not reach you in perfect condition, please notify us by email (returns@lollyandboo.co.uk) within 7 days of delivery to arrange the return. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, securely wrapped (including bubble wrap). Please obtain proof of posting. In such circumstances, once the item is received back by us we will provide a replacement or refund the cost of the return postage as well as your original purchase amount.
For orders for other items, if you wish to return an item the cost of return postage must be borne by you. Please notify us by email to returns@lollyandboo.co.uk in advance that you are returning an item. Items must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging, securely wrapped (including bubble wrap). Please obtain proof of posting. Upon receipt of the returned item in perfect condition we will refund the purchase price less the cost of the original postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
